Cancellation Policy
We value your time—and our team’s.

When you book an appointment at Future Directions, that time is reserved specifically for you and your service provider. To ensure we can continue providing a high-level experience for all guests, we ask that all appointment changes are made with adequate notice.
24-Hour Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 30% service fee.

This fee applies regardless of rescheduling and does not go toward future services.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will incur a 50% service fee.

This fee is non-refundable and does not go toward future services.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may require a modification of the scheduled service or may need to be rescheduled. Cancellation fees may still apply.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Future Directions Hair Studio & Spa to charge your card in accordance with this policy.
